Hunan Charmhigh Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. has introduced the ISO9001 Quality Control System and implemented the standards of it strictly.

According, our company has successfully obtained the authentication of ISO9001 for many years.

The quality control work has been progressed in three scopes:

1. Quality Control of Incoming Material

1.1 Set the criteria for the test of incoming material and lay down the procedures of incoming material inspection;

1.2 Implement the incoming material inspection procedures strictly according to the test criteria for incoming material;

1.3 Notify the material suppliers of the incoming material inspection results to ensure a sustainable improvement.

2. Quality Control During Manufacturing Process

2.1 Set the criteria for the test of manufacturing process and lay down the procedures of manufacturing process inspection;

2.2 Implement the manufacturing process inspection procedures strictly according to the test criteria for manufacturing process;

2.3 Collect and analyze the product data with the technology of statistics to provide reference for preventive measures and quality improvement;

2.4 Analyze and review the unqualified products carefully to propose corrective methods, providing strong supports for the sustainable improvement of the products.

3. Quality Control of the Ready-to-ship Products

3.1 Set the criteria for the test of the ready-to-ship products and lay down the procedures of ready-to-ship product inspection;

3.2 Implement the ready-to-ship products inspection procedures strictly according to the test criteria for ready-to-ship products;

3.3 Collect and feedback the information about products and services to provide reference for the development and improvement of products;

3.4 Evaluate customer satisfaction regularly to enhance the level of services.
